Can a 15 year old get a learner's permit?
I was talking to my friend (21, owns a car, we both live in TX) who took Driver's Ed. at 15, and she said you can take all you classes at that age and be done with them early. She also said that you have to wait until you're 16 to get your license.
I have no problem with that.
But you can get your learner's permit at 15, right?
